Apartment former Teatini Convent

An important project that has breathed new life into a spacious apartment located on the top floor of the former Convent of the Theatines, a building of historical and artistic significance in the heart of Parma.

The apartment features valuable architectural elements, such as cross and pavilion vaults, and a long central corridor with a barrel vault. Thanks to Novalux products, it was possible to combine the restoration of historical pre-existences with contemporary residential needs, aiming for a scenographic functionality and correct lighting, ideal characteristics for environmental comfort.
