Integrated Quality and Environment Management System
Novalux srl implemented its Quality Management System in 1998 in accordance with standard UNI EN ISO 9001, in order to provide products and services that comply with the Customer specifications (expressed and unexpressed), as well as with all the applicable regulations, and has adapted its System to bring it into line with the updated standard. The goal of environmental protection has led Novalux srl to assess its environmental impact and to incorporate the Quality Management system in the Environmental Management System.
The resulting Integrated Quality and Environment Management System tool helps the management raise awareness and involves the managers and all the staff to carry out their activities effectively and efficiently.

- The certification of the Integrated Quality and Environment Management System in accordance with standards UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 represent a tangible sign of the constant commitment of the whole company towards an improvement aimed at customer satisfaction, at safeguarding the health and safety of the employees and at environmental regulations.
Novalux s.r.l. applies all the requirements of the standards through the tools available (context and risk analysis, indicators, statistical analysis, IT tools), activating actions aimed at continuous improvement of the efficiency of the system and the services provided, in order to improve the satisfaction of our Customers. The Integrated Quality and Environment Management System applies to all activities carried out in the name or on behalf of Novalux s.r.l., aimed at the "Design, development and manufacture of indoor and outdoor lighting systems and devices". The outsourced processes are controlled by the Organization and managed through a specific document.
- Novalux received the EcoVadis gold medal as a group. The score reflects the quality of the company's sustainability management system.
- The Company chooses Enel Energia to support the environment. Certified energy from renewable sources such as wind, photovoltaic, solar, thermal, geothermal and hydroelectric energy. This is why it has acquired the Enel Energia 'Renewable Energy Mark', which recognises the efficiency of the energy management system and certifies the use of energy from 100% renewable sources.
- Novalux has obtained the Synesgy Certificate for participating in the ESG assessment. The company's score is B – Good: a score that certifies a good level of sustainability. The ESG Score represents the evaluation of a company's compliance with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) factors.
